The Game Starts At Practice

Zaire Hicks and Teal Battle- Mike Conley All Star Game 

The Mike Conley All Star game featured Tennessee vs Arkansas All Stars in a battle of bragging rights. Lady Mambas Zaire Hicks and Teal Battle played as the Memphis girls team won easily; however the day was split as the Arkansas boys won. Congrats to all the players who made the Mike Conley All Star teams.

Zaire Hicks, also participated in the BCAT East/West TN All Star game. Zaire, Teal and Erica Jones were selected to the Ultimate Preps All Star Showcase. Great way to finish their high school careers.

Lindsey Whiteside selected to TSWA All-State Team

Congrats to Lindsey Whiteside (2017) on being selected to the 2016-17 TSWA All-State Team. Lindsey had a fantastic senior year with her Northpoint team repeating as state champions and being named to several regular and post season teams. Jordyn Greene (2017/ Gleason) selected to District 15-A All-Tournament team 

Jordyn Greene  (2017/ Gleason) selected to District 15-A All-Tournament team. After missing most of the summer with injury, the Lady Mambas are excited to see Jordyn Greene back on the court. Congrats to Jordyn on her achievements.

Lindsey Whiteside  (2017/ Northpoint) named DII-A All-Regional MVP

Congrats to Lindsey Whiteside  (2017- Northpoint) on being named DII-A ALL-REGIONAL MVP. The Lady Mambas family are extremely proud of Lindsey’s hard work. 

Akeria James  (2019 – Craigmont) named to 16-AA All-District Team

Akeria James continues to impress as she adds All-District Team honors to her resume. Craigmont looks to keep its season alive at home on Tuesday 6 pm vs Manassas.

Erica Jones (2017/ Southaven) Kentucky State Commit Gets a Triple-Double in win over Bolivar Central

The Southaven Lady Chargers, #7 Dandy Dozen, got a 55-42 win over Bolivar Central Tuesday night to improve their record to 11-2. Erica Jones, Kentucky State signee, lead all scorers with 14 points on 7-12 shooting night but even more impressively she finished the game with her first triple double adding 11 rebounds and 11 assists to her stat line. Dereseia “Ri-Ri” Randle (2019) added a career high 12 points on 5-8 field goal shooting and 9 rebounds.

The Lady Chargers will take on Harrison Central, #9 ranked team in Mississippi at the Slam Dunk at the Hump in Starksville, MS on Dec. 26th.

Katie Blackmon (2018) & Zaire Hicks (2017) impressive at Turkey Jamm

Lady Mambas Zaire Hicks  (2017) – White Station and Katie Blackmon  (2018) -Olive Branch  were both mentioned as standouts in the Turkey Jamm recap by Blue Star Media’s Mark Lewis. Teal Battle and Zaire Hicks make NEB Media top 2017 in TN ranking

White Station players Teal Battle, UALR commit, and Zaire Hicks ,  UT-MARTIN commit, both make the list of top 2017 players in TN ranking by NEB Media. Teal Battle was ranked #13 and Zaire Hicks #17.
