Lady Mambas had the opportunity to train with former U of Memphis/ Indiana State point guard Bilqis Abdul-Qaadir. She will also be training at Davis Community Center on Saturday morning from 9 am -11am and will provide additional small group and individual training.
Training will start back next week, August 10th, for players looking to improve before the start of the school season. Training times will be:
Sunday at Pleasant View from 5-6 pm, 6-7 pm, 7-8 pm, 8-9 pm- Small Group training- text Coach Bell for which block you want
Monday at Whitehaven Community Center from 6- 7:30 pm- Open- Limit 20 players text to reserve spot
Friday at Davis Community Center from 5:30- 7:30 pm- Open- Limit 20 players text to reserve spot
Saturday at Davis Community Center from 9 am- 11 am- Small Group Training- Limit 10 players text to reserve spot
Individual Training also available.
Cost: $5 for current Mambas players and $10 for non-Mambas players

Every Wednesday at Whitehaven Community Center from 6pm to 7:45 we will have skills and conditioning training. The training is open to boys and girls ages 12 and up. Cost is $5 per player.
